The vision don´t need to be measurable. But it must not just be empty words or smart phrases. You and your staff must believe in it.
Let me give you some examples:
- We want to remove waste and involve the staff – and it must be fun doing it!
- We will reduce labour costs, improve our communication and be in control of our maintenance costs.
- We will be more productive and improve working relations between field and livestock.
- We want more order on the farm and to produce more with the same people.
