Network focusing on Lean Leadership
- Do you want to move on with Lean?
- Want to discuss Lean Leadership with colleagues?
- Want to learn about and practise how to motivate employees?
- Want to develop your leadership?
So check if this group is interesting for you!
We will start another round when the country reopens after Corona, but we are already running something online, so please contact us if you are interested in hearing more.
This group is for agricultural leaders. There are people from several different professions, and there are both owners and managers. Everyone has staff responsibilities. We stick to discussing leadership and especially Lean leadership.
It will be about motivating and engaging employees to participate actively in the continuous improvements at the company. We will discuss how you, as a leader, can get everyone involved in, among other things, visible goal management.
You will come to understand the Lean mindset better, so that with the future changes in the business, you will make it more and more effective and Lean.
Participants will greatly influence the challenges we face. Together we find the solutions and methods.
We hold meetings in Middelfart, Denmark most times, but sometimes we go on business visits to other industries to learn how they work with Lean.
We hold four meetings a year, and they are from 9:00 to 16:00. However, there is coffee and breakfast from 8:30. We meet at the Severin Kursuscenter, which is known for good facilities, a fantastic lunch buffet and “The best cake table”.
For some meetings, we will call an outside expert on specific topics, but otherwise the presentations are from me. I will also lead the discussions during the meetings and ensure that we get the link between practise and Lean theory.
You can sign up for the group for one year at a time, and it costs DKK 5000 + VAT in annual base amount. In addition, you will have to pay the actual cost of the meetings. It is usually approx. DKK 650 per meeting + possibly cost of external presenter. The group participants jointly decide what it must cost.
